The lightweight 1-layer material made of 84% polyamide and 16% elastane is pleasantly thin, dries quickly, and thanks to the stretch, adapts to every step, lunge, or sit on a rock – so you don't have to "adjust" after every move. The surface treatment is water-repellent and also PFC free, meaning a short shower or wet grass won't stop you, but you also won't unnecessarily burden nature. The elastic waistband adapts to the figure and holds without pressing, so you don't feel the shorts even after long hours on your feet. Reliable YKK® zippers on the pockets keep small items where they should be.
Too thick shorts overheat in summer, too thin ones don't last. HALME solves this compromise with a lightweight yet durable hiking material – you have breathability when walking uphill and confidence when sitting on a rougher surface or pushing through a bushy trail.
