This ultra-lightweight jacket will give you the optimum quantum of warmth when you're on the slopes. When it gets cold on the climb, its great thermoregulation will hold you up. It's ready for total movement and can be adjusted perfectly. It's usable as a second layer, but you'll prefer to wear it on its own. The anatomy of the jacket is made up of ultra-lightweight and durable Pertex® Quantum material (32 g/m2), which hides the unsurpassed PrimaLoft® Down Blend insulation. Elastic panels are placed on the sleeves, sides and back in the sense of body-mapping. Their role is to increase air circulation during the ascent and they also have an impact on how well the jacket fits. Pertex® Quantum is a tightly woven fabric with a ripstop structure allowing the insulation to work at full capacity. The fabric is damage resistant, hydrophobic and does not shed down. Warmth is provided by PrimaLoft® Down Blend hybrid insulation, which takes advantage of the water resistance of synthetic fibers, along with the insulating performance and compression properties of down. The integrated 2-way adjustable hood is ergonomic and helmet ready. Then there are the tuned elasticated cuffs and adjustable lower jacket hem to protect you from the wind. Two zippered pockets with interior glove pockets keep everything you need to keep within easy reach. The BUDIN jacket is amazingly lightweight and offers incredible warmth, bringing it closer to the absolute elite in this segment.
