FAQ
Can I return a Black Friday purchase?
Yes — exactly like any other order. Returns stay open until December 31, 2026, so it's safe to buy gifts early.
When does the sale end?
The public sale runs through December 2, 23:59. NF Flowline members get in five days earlier, from November 5.
Can I use a coupon on top of a sale price?
Only on items marked “extra % in cart” — the coupon applies automatically at checkout. Items already showing a cut price are at their final price.
Do prices go back up after Black Friday?
Yes, prices return to normal from December 3. If something's on your list, now's the moment.
Is shipping free during the sale?
Yes, on orders over €110 — same as always.
